Mr. Danhakl is a Managing Partner of Leonard Green and Partners, L.P. ("LGP"), the management company of GEI V and GEI Side V (together with LGP, the "LGP Entities"). 7,905 of the securities reported on this row are shares of the Issuer's Class A Common Stock. 2,719 of the securities reported on this row are restricted stock units ("RSUs") granted to Mr. Danhakl under the Amended and Restated Air Lease Corporation 2010 Equity Incentive Plan.
