("LP Fund"), BD Partners IV, L.P. ("BD Partners IV"), BC Advisors, LLC ("BC Advisors"), Steven R. Becker and Matthew A. Drapkin. QP Fund, LP Fund, BD Partners IV and Mr. Becker are the direct beneficial owners of the securities covered by this statement.
