- This amendment is being filed to correct a typographical error in the number of shares sold by the reporting person on October 11, 2010 and reported in Column 4 from 7,776 shares to 7,667 shares. The amounts listed in Column 5 of Table I after each reported sale have been revised to reflect the correct amount beneficially owned by the reporting person, giving effect to the correction in the reported October 11, 2010 sale transaction.
