This Schedule 13G (this Schedule 13G) is being filed on behalf of Bradley Louis Radoff relating to Common Stock, without par value (the Common Stock), of Birner Dental Management Services, Inc., a Colorado corporation (the Issuer), purchased by Mr. Radoff. The shares of Common Stock reported on this Schedule 13G are held by (i) Mr. Radoffs family foundation (the Foundation) and (ii) Mr. Radoff directly.

This percentage is determined by dividing the number of shares beneficially held by Mr. Radoff by 1,872,761, the number of shares of Common Stock issued and outstanding as of November 9, 2017, as reported in the Issuers most recent 10-Q filed on November 11, 2017.
