Comment for Type of Reporting Person: Rows 5 and 7 includes 672,846 shares of Class A Common Stock issued and held by the Reporting Person and 175,272 shares of Class A Common Stock issuable upon vesting of restricted stock units based upon continued employment of the Reporting Person. Rows 6 and 8 represent shares of Class B Common Stock held by The Woodman Family Trust under Trust Agreement dated March 11, 2011, as of December 31, 2024 (the "2011 Woodman Family Trust"). Each share of Class B Common Stock is convertible at any time at the option of the holder into one share of Class A Common Stock. The Class B Common Stock is also convertible into Class A Common Stock on the same basis upon certain transfers, whether or not for value, except for "Permitted Transfers" as defined in the Issuer's restated certificate of incorporation in effect as of the date hereof. Each share of Class B Common Stock will convert automatically into one share of Class A Common Stock upon the date when the outstanding shares of Class B Common Stock represent less than 10% of the aggregate number of shares of Common Stock then outstanding. Mr. Woodman and his spouse, Jill R. Woodman, are co-trustees of the 2011 Woodman Family Trust.
