Comment for Type of Reporting Person:  (1) Consists of (i) 211,718 shares of Common Stock held directly by Dr. Kumar, (ii) 3,505,322 shares of Common Stock issuable to Dr. Kumar upon the exercise of stock options exercisable within 60 days of December 31, 2024, (iii) 55,539 shares of Common Stock issuable to Dr. Kumar upon the vesting and settlement of restricted stock units within 60 days of December 31, 2024, (iv) 5,698,447 shares of Common Stock held by the Kumar Haldea Revocable Trust, of which Dr. Kumar is a co-trustee and (v) 995,686 shares of Common Stock held by the Kumar Haldea Family Irrevocable Trust, of which Dr. Kumar is a co-trustee.
