The Reporting Persons have entered into a Joint Filing Agreement, a copy of which was filed as Exhibit 99.1 to the Schedule 13G , pursuant to which such Reporting Persons have agreed to file the Schedule 13G and all subsequent amendments to the Schedule 13G jointly in accordance with the provisions of Rule 13d-1(k) of the Act. |
