Jianbiao Dai is the sole shareholder and sole director of Dragonsoft Holding Limited and is deemed the beneficial owner of the 6,369,500 class A ordinary shares and 2,000,000 class B ordinary held by Dragonsoft Holding Limited.

Jianbiao Dai is the CEO, Director and Chairman of the Board of Directors, and a pre-IPO shareholder of the Issuer. Jianbiao Dai acquired and continues to hold the securities with the intent to exercise control over the Issuer.
Except as set forth herein, Jianbiao Dai does not have any present plans or proposals which relate to or would result in any of the transactions described in paragraphs (a) through (j) of this Item 4. However, as an officer, a Director and a significant shareholder, Jianbiao Dai intends to actively participate in the Issuer's management, strategic direction, and corporate governance. | |
