Each of Tenet Group Limited and Tenet Vision Limited is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tenet Global Limited, which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tenet Smart Limited, a British Virgin Islands company ultimately wholly owned by the trustee of a trust constituted under the laws of the Cayman Islands, with Xueji Wang being the settlor and beneficiary of the trust. Tuya Group Inc., a British Virgin Islands company wholly owned by Xueji Wang, directly owned 10,000,000 class B ordinary shares of the Issuer. Accordingly, Xueji Wang may be deemed to beneficially own 113,600,000 class A ordinary shares of the Issuer, representing 20.9% of the Issuer’s class A ordinary shares.
