EXPLANATORY NOTE

This Schedule 13-D/A (Amendment No. 1) is being filed to amend the amount of shares of Raadr, Inc. (Issuer) owned by PBDC LLC (Company).  The Company originally filed its Schedule 13-D on April 2, 2015 to report its ownership of 10,000,000 shares of common stock of the Issuer, which were issued to the Company per its Consulting Agreement with the Issuer.  As of June 2, 2016, the Company has sold all 10,000,000 shares of the Issuer, leaving the Company owning 0 shares as the balance.
