Joy Capital GP is the general partner of Joy Opportunity GP, which is in turn the general partner of Joy Opportunity. Joy Opportunity is the sole shareholder of Success Golden.

Joy Capital GP and Joy I GP may be deemed to have sole power to vote and sole power to dispose the Class A Shares of the Issuer directly owned by Joy I.
