Item 1. Security and Issuer
The class of equity securities to which this statement on Schedule 13D (this “Schedule 13D”) relates is the common stock, $0.0001 per share par value (the “Common Stock”), of Tech Foundry Ventures, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Issuer”), with its principal executive offices at 316 California Avenue, Suite 543, Reno, NV 89509
Item 2. Identity and Background
(a) This Schedule 13D is filed by Jeffrey Cocks an individual.
(b) The principal business address of Mr. Cocks is 225 Macpherson Ave., Ste B, Toronto, ON M4V 1A1
(c) Mr. Cocks is the CEO, President and a director of the Issuer.
(d) During the last five years, Mr. Cocks has not been convicted in a criminal proceeding (excluding traffic violations or similar misdemeanors).
(e) During the last five years, Mr. Cocks has not been a party to a civil proceeding of a judicial or administrative body of competent jurisdiction which resulted in a judgment, decree or final order enjoining future violations of, or prohibiting or mandating activities subject to, federal or state securities laws or finding any violation with respect to such laws.
(f) Mr. Cocks is a citizen of Canada.
Item 3. Source and Amount of Funds or Other Consideration
Mr. Cocks acquired 7,000,000 shares for $700.00 of services rendered to the Company in its formation at a price of $0.0001 per share on February 27, 2014. Mr. Cocks is a founding shareholder of the Issuer.
