This statement constitutes Amendment No. 5 to the Schedule 13D relating to the common stock, par value $0.10 per share (the “Common Stock”), of Essendant Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Issuer”), and hereby amends the Schedule 13D filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on January 15, 2019 (the “Schedule 13D Amendment No 4”).
