Trian Fund Management, L.P., also known as Trian Partners, is a New York City-based hedge fund management firm specializing in activist investing. The firm, founded in 2005 by Nelson Peltz, Peter May, and Edward Garden, aims to drive significant changes at some of America's largest corporations.
