Stamos Capital Partners, established in 2002 and based in Menlo Park, California, is a hedge fund management firm specializing in alternative and multi-asset investment solutions. The firm invests globally using an endowment-style approach across five main asset classes: fixed income, absolute return, equities, private equity, and real assets.

Peter S. Stamos is the Partner, Chief Executive Officer, and Chief Investment Officer at Stamos Capital. Before founding Stamos Capital, he held positions as Chief Executive Officer of Stamos Associates Inc., a Perot Systems company, management consultant at Booz Allen & Hamilton and McKinsey & Company, and Chief of Staff and Chief Economist for U.S. Senator Bill Bradley. He also taught Economics at Harvard University, where he received the Allyn Young Award for Teaching Excellence, and served as Associate Dean of Worcester College, Oxford University. Currently, he is a Trustee of the Rhodes Trust and Chairman of its Finance and Investment Committee. He has previously served as the founding Chairman of the Investment Committee for the Board of Stanford University Hospital and Clinics and Chair of the Investment Advisory Board for Major League Baseball. Peter Stamos holds a BA in Economics and Political Science from Stanford University, where he was a Truman Scholar and received the J.E. Wallace Sterling Award, graduating Phi Beta Kappa with Honors and Distinction. He earned a JD from Harvard Law School with Honors and a doctorate from Oxford University as a Rhodes Scholar.
