Charles "Chip" Paquelet, the founder of Skylands Capital in 2004, was previously a principal at Strong Capital Management, Inc., which he joined in 1989. Goodrich & Company. Chip earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Case Western Reserve University's Weatherhead School of Business in 1987 and completed an MBA with a specialization in finance at Indiana University in 1989. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst.
