Silver Point Capital, managed by Edward A. Mule, has reduced its stake in Cooper-Standard Holdings Inc. (NYSE:CPS), a new filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission showed.

Managed by Edward A. Mule, Silver Point Capital has disclosed a 27% stake in Standard Register Co (NYSE:SR), which contains 2.20 million shares.

Edward A. Mule's hedge fund Silver Point Capital, disclosed recently increasing its stake in Cooper-Standard Holdings Inc. (NYSE:CPS) by some 1.1 million shares.
