Mr. Peter Uddo is a co-founder of Praesidium. Mr. Peter Uddo's career in finance began at JPMorgan Investment Management (JPMIM), where he worked from 1994 to 1999. During his tenure, he managed global teams covering sectors such as paper/forest products, packaging, building products, and metals/mining. He also oversaw the commodities portion of JPMIM’s Analyst Fund and played a crucial role in developing the firm’s forecasts for selected commodities. Following his time at JPMIM, Mr. Uddo joined Viking Global Investors in 1999 and remained with the firm until 2003. At Viking, he served as both a Portfolio Manager and an Analyst, focusing on telecom services, newspapers, and selected cyclicals. His responsibilities included extensive analytical work and portfolio management within these sectors. Mr. Uddo graduated with honors from Columbia Business School in 1994, earning an MBA in Finance. He previously received his undergraduate degree from Johns Hopkins University in 1991, where he was recognized as a Phi Beta Kappa scholar.
