Roger Keith Long serves as Principal & Portfolio Manager at Otter Creek Advisors LLC and holds the positions of President & Chief Investment Officer at Otter Creek Management, Inc. He founded Otter Creek Management in 1991 and co-founded Otter Creek Advisors in 2014. Mr. Long began his finance career in 1973 at Lionel D. Edie & Co. in Chicago, Illinois, where he worked as a portfolio manager until 1979. He then joined Delphi Capital Management as a portfolio manager and investment analyst. In 1981, he moved to Kidder Peabody & Co.'s Chicago office as a fixed-income analyst specializing in arbitrage trading. Two years later, he joined Morgan Stanley & Co. in New York as a fixed income analyst and arbitrage trader, where he advanced to Vice President in 1985 and Principal in 1987. In 1991, Mr. Long departed from Morgan Stanley to establish Otter Creek Management. His military service includes serving in the U.S. Army from 1970 to 1971 as an artillery officer, achieving the rank of First Lieutenant. He earned his B.S. and M.B.A. degrees in Finance from Indiana University.

Roger Keith Long, aged 75, of North Palm Beach, Florida, peacefully passed away on August 21, 2023, surrounded by his children.
