During his tenure at Glenwood, Ross significantly expanded the firm's global distribution capabilities and played a key role in its growth from $100 million in 1995 to $2.7 billion by 2002, culminating in its acquisition by Man Group. He also founded Marin Capital, an investment manager specializing in convertible arbitrage, which he successfully grew to manage $2.7 billion in assets.
