Before founding Long Path in 2018, Will was a Managing Director at Brown Brothers Harriman & Co., where he co-managed the concentrated equity portfolio 1818 Partners, LP. He also served as Head of Strategy for Brown Brothers' Investment Management business and played a key role in overseeing third-party manager research for BBH’s Private Bank. Will joined Brown Brothers in 2006. Will holds a BA in Political Science and Economics from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He is also a CFA Charterholder.
Brian Nelson is the Co-Portfolio Manager of the Long Path Smaller Companies Fund. Before co-founding Long Path in 2018, Brian was a Senior Vice President at Brown Brothers Harriman & Co., where he led the third-party manager research team for the firm’s Private Bank. He also served as Director of Finance for BBH’s Investment Management business, worked as a Research Analyst for the 1818 Partners, LP equity strategy, and began his career there as a corporate credit analyst. Brian joined Brown Brothers in 2007. Brian holds a BA in Economics from Williams College and is a CFA Charterholder.
