Mr. John A. Bartholdson co-founded Juniper and has been a Partner since its inception, bringing 25 years of experience in leading and overseeing private and public equity investments. His extensive background includes strategic management oversight, board service for multiple public and private companies, and profound transactional expertise, collaborating closely with Mr. Michas throughout their investment careers. Currently, Mr. Bartholdson serves as Chairman of the board of directors at Theragenics Corporation and holds board memberships at Bioventus Inc. and Lincoln Educational Services Corporation. Previously, he was a board member at Obagi Medical Products, Inc. until its acquisition by Valeant Pharmaceuticals. Mr. Bartholdson has also held director roles at numerous private companies. Before co-founding Juniper, Mr. Bartholdson served as a Partner at Stonington Partners from 1997 to 2011 and gained initial experience as an analyst at Merrill Lynch Capital Partners from 1992 to 1994. He earned his B.A. from Duke University and his M.B.A. from Stanford Graduate School of Business.
