Mr. Andrew H. Cohen is the Founder and Chief Investment Officer of Difesa Capital Management LP. Before founding Difesa, he worked as an analyst in the investment banking and private equity groups at Thomas Weisel Partners. Mr. Cohen holds a B.A. in Public Policy from the Terry Sanford Institute at Duke University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
Peter A. Cohen is the Chairman and CEO of Andover National Corporation, a public holding company. Previously, he served as Chairman and CEO of Cowen Inc., now known as TD Cowen. In 1994, Cohen founded Ramius Capital Management, a $13 billion investment firm that merged with Cowen Inc. in 2009. Before this, he was Chairman and CEO of Shearson Lehman American Express from 1983 to 1991.
Mr. Greg Davis is a Portfolio Manager at Difesa Capital Management LP. He joined Difesa from Jefferies, where he was the merger arbitrage desk strategist, responsible for idea generation and collaborating with traders to mitigate principal risk. Before Jefferies, Mr. Davis worked with Mr. Cohen from 2011 to 2014 as an analyst in the Event Driven and Merger Arbitrage business at Ramius. He holds an A.B. in Economics from Princeton University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
