Condire Investors is a Texas-based hedge fund manager established in June 2012 by Ryan Schedler and Bradley Shisler, both of whom had prior experience at CPMG. With over twenty years of experience in natural resources and related industries, he brings a wealth of expertise to his role. Mr. Schedler also holds the position of Portfolio Manager at Trellus Management Company, LLC, overseeing the Trellus Resource Opportunity Fund and serving as Sector Head of Natural Resources Investments at Trellus in New York City. Before joining Trellus in 2003, he held positions as an Investment Banker at Lehman Brothers and BT Alex Brown/Deutsche Bank, focusing on corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions. Additionally, Mr. Schedler began his career as an Officer in the US Army Corps of Engineers. He currently serves as an Independent Director of Northair Silver Corp. and Strategic Metals Ltd. Mr. Schedler graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Lafayette College in Easton, PA in 1993 and earned his MBA from Harvard Business School in 1998.
Mr. Bradley Shisler co-founded Condire Investors in Dallas, Texas, where he currently serves as a Managing Director. Previously, he held a partnership role at Blue River Partners, L.L.C. Before that, Mr. Shisler served as a principal at Willis Stein & Partners, a prominent Chicago-based private equity fund managing $3 billion of equity capital. Prior to his tenure at Willis Stein, he worked as an associate at Simmons & Company International, a Houston-based investment bank specializing in the oilfield services industry. Mr. Shisler earned a BS in Chemical Engineering and a BA in Political Science from Rice University in 1993. He later received an MBA, with distinction, from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University in 2000.
