Jonathan Berger serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer of AS Birch Grove. He co-founded Birch Grove Capital in 2013. Previously, Berger held the positions of President and Chief Investment Officer at Stone Tower Capital, a $17 billion alternative credit asset management firm, where he directly oversaw all investment activities, including managing $2 billion in credit hedge funds. Berger earned a BS in Economics with a concentration in Finance from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School. He is actively involved as a member of the Wharton Leadership Advisory Board at the University of Pennsylvania, as well as serving on the Board of Directors for the StreetSquash Organization and the Atlantic Salmon Federation.
