Heirloom tomatoes are one of the easy specialty crops that make profit fast. They can be harvested as soon as 60 days after planting, and since they are somewhat of an exotic produce, they keep a high price. They are also perfect plants to grow in a greenhouse or hoop house because they require constant conditions concerning temperature and heat in order to give the most of the yield.
