With 27 floors to visit, one would assume that the property is well serviced by elevators. But nonetheless, 9 seems a little bit much, considering it is more than what most apartment buildings have. 2 are destined for the parking area, 3 are for guests, 2 for the quarters of the family, and the remaining 2 for staff members.
No. 5: A royal ballroom

It is only understandable that a home worth over $1 billion comes equipped with its very own ballroom. The Ambani ballroom is an absolutely enchanting room, with silver stairways, projection screen, a central landing, and even an entertainment stage. The ceiling is almost entirely occluded by crystal chandeliers that create a fairy tale like feeling.
No. 4: The health floor

One of the 27 floors of the Antilia was dedicated solely to health and wellness purposes. Apart from the classic gym, the health floor of the house also features a yoga studio, a dance studio, a lap pool, a Jacuzzi, a juice bar, and separate changing rooms for men and women.
No. 3: Home cinema Ambani style

The definition of home cinema for most people is a flat screen with surround sound. But the Ambani family took this notion to a whole new level when it decided to dedicate an entire floor to it. The entertainment floor is designed to resemble an authentic theater, complete with a snack bar and a wine room.
No. 2: A love for cars

A billionaire being passionate about fast, expensive cars isn’t unusual, is it? Well, no, but building a parking area that can fit up to 168 cars is not something you see every day. 6 of 27 floors of the Antilia are reserved solely for cars, those of Mr. Ambani himself and for guests. The house even features its very own car service station.
No. 1: The Ambani children clean their own rooms
Ambani employs a staff of 600 people according to Forbes Magazine, so one would expect that the family doesn’t really lift a finger around the house. But you would be mistaken. Whenever the Ambani children, who study in the US, come home from holiday, they have to clean their own rooms. If this isn’t a display of good parenting skills, we don’t know what is.
