6. Psychiatrist
We have mentioned earlier how being a social worker is stressful mainly because you deal with people going through emotional distress. And if you think they have it bad, psychiatrists have to deal with a lot too. Many times, these professionals are tasked to help mentally challenged people to adapt to life. Most days, they also have to be a human soundboard and shock absorber.
