It’s no surprise that Israel made a list of top 21 strongest most powerful military nations in the world in 2017. The defense budget of Israel is around $15.5 billion even though the country has a land area of 20,770 square kilometers. Their high-tech weapon systems (including its Iron Dome) are designed and manufactured in Israel. At the age of 18, men and women serve the military. Two years and eight months is the necessary length of service for men and two years for women.
