Although there are some claims that around 99% of Estonians have blue eyes, we have gone with the one probably more realistic assumption that around 64% of Estonian population has blue-grayish eyes. Nevertheless, both figures leave Estonia among the top countries that have the most blondes and blue eyes as a percentage of population.
