6. Child Trafficking Victims Die or Commit Suicide
The average lifespan of a victim is reported to be 7 years. Victims usually die as a result of an attack, abuse, HIV and other STDs, malnutrition, overdose or suicide. A great number of victims decide to end their lives to liberate themselves from torture.
