We then looked up the number of reviews and average ratings for each of these programs. For the programs available on more than one source, we aggregated the number of reviews and took averages of ratings across platforms. The average ratings have been used as the secondary metric and the number of reviews have been used as a primary metric. For our list, we have only considered programs that had an average rating of more than 4.0 and the number of reviews greater than 100. For the programs with the same number of reviews, we have used the ratings as a tie-breaker.
