The capital of the United States features itself on this list with 20% diversity. For many, Washington DC is one of the best cities to live in considering that it is the home of the president of America. Part of the largest state in America, Houston has large structures, area, population and now even diversity. They have 21% diversity in the population.
11. London
London continues to be one of the most popular in Britain and even in Europe with many finding opportunities in the bustling city. The capital of England has 27% diversity.
10. New York
The most populated city in America finds itself in the top 10 with 28% diversity in the population. You’ll find that many move to New York with it being one of the most expensive and one of the best cities to live in the western part of the world.
9. Melbourne
Melbourne and even Australia itself have seen a rise in many of its sectors in recent years. Even now the city boasts a 29% diversity rate. Melbourne has become one of the go to cities for international workers and immigrants.
8. San Francisco
For one of the technological and cultural cities in the United States, San Francisco can even add itself to one of the most ethnically diverse with 30% diversity.
7. Sydney
Even a bigger go to destination than Melbourne, Sydney takes the 7th spot with a diversity rate of 31%.

Riyadh has been well known for importing and hiring overseas workers for skilled jobs and the like. Even with the large differences in culture and rules for the city compared with others, Riyadh still has 34% diversity.
5. Los Angeles
In history, the area of California was originally under Mexico, which has become a large part of the diversity in modern Los Angeles, couple that with its somewhat lighter immigration laws then we have 35% in diversity.
4. Miami
Even more diverse than Los Angeles, Florida’s Miami has a one up on the rest of the United States with 36% diversity.
3. Hong Kong
Hong Kong takes the mantle of the most diverse among its nearby neighbors with 38% in diversity. Many would now assume that the large percentage is mainly due to an influx of cheap laborers from China and India.
2. Toronto
One of the largest cities in Canada and also the hub for immigration and overseas opportunity, Toronto takes the second spot with almost half of its population from different ethnicities at 45% diversity.
1. Dubai
A city built from the ground up, Dubai has its entire population dominated by diversity with an 83% rate. Much like Hong Kong, Dubai also has a lot of workers and laborers from different countries which contributes a lot to the diversity.
