1. Haiti
After the devastating Haitian earthquake, and even before so, Haiti remains as the least technologically advanced country in the world; the country lacks educational facilities/systems, telecommunications, electricity facilities, internet, research. Even before the recent calamity Haiti had troubles declaring independence from colonizers that regarded them as non-existent.
That is our list of the 11 least technologically advanced countries in the world. Hopefully, the problem that exists in these countries gets more attention soon.
