No. 4 Take a Short Nap

Napping can be a good solution for sleepiness. The best time to nap is between six and seven hours before bedtime. Naps shouldn’t be longer than 30 minutes, and even a 10 minute one can really help. Sleeping at work however, is not advisable (though increasingly, forward-thinking companies are allowing their employees to nap because of these very benefits).
