(NASDAQ:ACAS) said that that its portfolio company Pan Am Holdings Inc and its subsidiaries including Pan Am International Flight Academy Inc were sold to ANA Holdings Inc parent company of Japanese carrier All Nippon Airways Co Ltd. American Capital and its affiliated funds received USD 94m in debt and equity proceeds and realized a gain of USD 12m from the transaction, subject to post-closing adjustments.
