Parth Mehrotra: Thanks, Adam. So any physician payment rate expectations are reflected in our guidance. And we think the impact likely will be a little bit more gradual versus onetime increase. You get updates from CMS, and you see them when we see them. So we have certain expectations, and those are all factored in what we’ve guided. There are other things that MSSP updates, and we think they are kind of favorable overall, whether it’s the assignment process and the benchmark risk adjustment methodology, whether it’s quality reporting and the potential to take on more risk even more so than the ENHANCED tracks. You saw some of those updates come from CMS. We just think it’s a really well-run program, very widely adopted, proven results to generate shared savings.

And they’ve strengthened the overall program, and it’s one of the best initiatives that they’ve had over the past many years. So as one of the largest participants, I think we feel pretty good about MSSP, and we’ll see how it goes.
