Stephen Fein: Finally, there has been a tank maintenance contract for the tank farm sitting out there for award. It is for 10 years and $45 billion. Perma-Fix is part of the two consortiums bidding. If Perma-Fix consortium wins, Perma-Fix would have people on the ground at the tank form, irrespective any treatment at their Northwest plant. The contract encompasses maintaining the tank’s waste to running the vitrification plant. In any case, Perma-Fix will treat waste. That is the given. And of course, it will be a significant impact to the financials of Perma-Fix. Over the last year, I have commented at the DOE, a college in interior Washington State, had comments by court order included in the files of the Consent Decree. And my comments are publicly included in the National Academy study in a low-level waste in Hanford.

In this vein, I urge you to speak to your congressional representatives in order to start treating waste at the Hanford tank farm. There is no reason that Perma-Fix should not be treating waste right now. I am done.
