American Century recently released its Q1 2020 Investor Letter, a copy of which you can download below. American Century Focused Global Growth Fund posted a return of -16.95% for the quarter, outperforming its benchmark, the MSCI ACWI Index which returned -21.37% in the same quarter. In the said letter, American Century highlighted a few stocks and Msci Inc. (NYSE:MSCI) is one of them. MSCI is a finance company based in New York. Year-to-date, Msci Inc. (NYSE:MSCI) stock gained 32.1% and on May 20th it had a closing price of $341.51. Here is what American Century said:
“MSCI. Increased trading volumes amid a volatile market benefited the stock of MSCI. The company operates equity, fixed-income and hedge fund stock market indices and provides multiasset portfolio analysis tools.
MSCI. This manager of equity, fixed-income and hedge fund indices benefited from increased trading volumes and market fluctuation. Analysts have grown more optimistic about the stock’s short- and long-term prospects, especially in the current volatile environment.”

(NYSE:MSCI) stock increased by about 3% from the previous quarter (see the chart here), so a number of other hedge fund managers seem to agree with MSCI’s growth potential.
