It provides a wide range of community banking products and services across Maryland and Virginia. The bank offers consumer and commercial deposit products, including digital banking, demand and savings accounts, certificates of deposit, as well as various loan options.
For the full year 2024, Burke & Herbert (NASDAQ:BHRB) reported a net income of $35.03 million, or $2.82 per diluted share, up from $22.69 million in 2023. The company stated that its balance sheet remains strong, with liquidity—including available borrowing capacity and cash and cash equivalents—totaling $4.2 billion at the end of the fourth quarter. Burke & Herbert finished the quarter with a common equity tier 1 capital ratio of 11.5%, a total risk-based capital ratio of 14.6%, and a leverage ratio of 9.8%.
