Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL)‘s iPhone 7 is unquestionably a great smartphone. The iPhone 7 looks great and is reasonably splash proof. It has arguably one of the best security features in the industry. Due to Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL)’s rich clientele, the iPhone gets many of the newest apps first. On the account of the iPhone’s quality and brand value, Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) has grown into the most valuable company by market capitalization in the world.

As great as the iPhone 7 is, Alphabet Inc (NASDAQ:GOOG)‘s Google division has recently released Pixel, which gives the iPhone a ride for its money in many instances. Although the company has had its own line of phones, the Nexus for several years now, Alphabet Inc (NASDAQ:GOOG)’s Google introduced the Pixel in October of last year. Unlike the Nexus, where other companies also have had some input on the manufacture and design, Alphabet Inc (NASDAQ:GOOG)’s Google is doing the end-to-end design work for the Pixel. Given that Google has as talented of a workforce as Apple and arguably just as much financial firepower, the Pixel has garnered many thumbs ups from critics. If the Pixel becomes a hit, Google’s bottom line could grow and its stock could climb.

In terms of features, there are many similarities between the iPhone 7 and the Pixel. Both the iPhone and the Pixel have two different sizes. One is the normal size where the phone fits comfortably in one’s hands, and one size is for those customers who like bigger phones. Both phones also boost a fingerprint scanner and sleek designs. They each also cost around the same.

While there are many similarities between the two, there are also some noticeable differences.  Without further ado, let’s compare the two phones below and see some of Pixel’s selling points.
