There have been a lot of volatility in the markets lately and things going up and down very quickly, but that also I think, generally favors people transacting because they know the start to realize things can come and go relatively quickly. And it’s not the mindset that set in over the last 10 years, which is everything only eventually goes up. I think that there’s an adjustment that’s happened. I think, more time passes more stuff in the rearview mirror, more ability to transact. And we’re patiently looking at things and there are real opportunities that hopefully we’ll have a chance to transact then.
