Apple Store Rundle Place: Some people take for granted the fact that they have had an Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) Store located in close proximity to their home for many years. Believe it or not, there are millions upon millions of people, spanning a variety of countries, who are not nearly as lucky.

Fortunately for South Australia, things are about to change for the better. According to the official Apple website, the Cupertino based company is set to open its first store in South Australia on May 25, 2013 at 10:00 am. Here is the address of its newest store:

According to the article, CEO Tim Cook had this to say:

“Our stores offer the best buying experience and the best customer service on the planet.

As you can imagine, Cook, as well as the entire Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) team in general, are expecting big things out of the first store to be opened in South Australia. This is a big move for the company as well as the people who live in the area and have never had the privilege of visiting an Apple store in person.

Here are just a few of the things that those involved with the opening are saying:

Lord Mayor Stephen Yarwood said: “Every Apple Store I’ve ever been to is incredibly busy and nearly as vibrant as a nightclub … it’s fantastic to have it in the heart of the city.”

Rundle Mall Management Authority chairman Theo Maras said: “It’s a resounding assurance of the fact Rundle Mall is the centre of business and retail in South Australia (and) Rundle Place is the premier retail centre in the city and in SA. This opens up the gateway for more truly unique tenants that will only be in the Mall.”

It will be interesting to see how many people show up for the grand opening of the first Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) Store in South Australia. If it is anything like other openings throughout the world, we can expect a crazy atmosphere.
