GATX Corporation (NYSE:GMT) leases, operates, manages and remarkets assets, primarily in the rail and marine markets. The Company operates through four primary business segments: Rail North America, Rail International, American Steamship Company (ASC) and Portfolio Management. Rail North America segment consists of its wholly owned operations in the United States, Canada, and Mexico, as well as two affiliate investments.

Thanks, Michelle, and good morning, everyone. Thanks for joining us for the fourth quarter and 2014 year end conference call. With me today are Brian Kenney – Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of GATX Corporation; and Robert C. Lyons, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
