Jeffrey Fisher: Well, thanks everybody for being on the call again. And I think I’ll just pick up from where Dennis left off saying that as we look at the guidance given for the second quarter and the rest of the year. We certainly are, I think, on the conservative side, but we are taking a wait and see attitude for the most part as to the kind of RevPAR results that we might see through the quarter and the rest of the year, but we are very encouraged by April numbers. We’re very encouraged by strength we’ve seen already into May, and we will continue to push the envelope, as I said in my prepared remarks, on all fronts to continue to propel these earnings and FFO for the company.
