The leased facility is located at 508 Chai Chee Lane. Advanced Micro Devices offered the facility at lease as a trustee of Sabana Shari’ah Compliant Industrial Real Estate Investment Trust. The company expects to get around $46 million. AMD plans to mention this transaction in the third quarter of current year. The company is optimistic to gain around $16 million from the deal in third quarter.
