(AMD) announced that its Singapore subsidiary, Advanced Micro Devices (Singapore) Pte Ltd. has entered into a conditional put-and-call option agreement to sell and lease-back its Singapore facility, to HSBC Institutional Trust Services (Singapore) Limited. AMD reported that the transaction is expected to generate proceeds of approximately USD$46 million, net of all fees. AMD also stated that the net proceeds will be reflected in its Q3 2013 financial statements, which is expected to be reported on October 17, 2013. Shares of Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. (NYSE:AMD) were advanced 1.83% to $3.33 in premarket. In last session AMD closed at $3.27.
