If you have been in a bank before, you probably noticed the people working behind glass, providing the information for clients but also controlling their accounts and helping the clients manage them. However, they are not just people behind glass; some of them do a very responsible job of organizing your account, offering some new options or providing some benefits in doing the business. On the other hand, the employed in this position usually have a client base and the list of potential offers for them, so the job can be done by those with no experience in this field.
