5. Customer support and service
This can be a job for one person or it can be done by two or even more groups of people. Basically, banks need someone who will contact clients, provide the necessary information for them or connect them with certain people or services. People at this position also contact clients for delayed payments or problems with billing. To perform this job you do not need to know a lot about finance, since employees are given clear and detailed instructions and a manual where they can find all they need to do the job correctly, which makes it one of the easiest finance jobs to get without experience.
