8. International Culinary Center
Up next is the International Culinary Center whose New York campus is on Broadway. The place offers a 4-hour Saturday class in pizza-making that costs $195, although there are also shorter versions of this class that costs a bit less.
So what will you learn during this workshop? Well, you’ll get to make pizza dough from scratch, learn all about how toppings are best mixed together and more. More importantly, as they put it, “crust is key,” so you’ll also get to learn about whole wheat dough and how to create a perfectly crisp brick-oven effect even in your own home.
The class notes mention attendees will learn how to make the perfect Margherita pizza since pretty much every other pizza starts from there. You’ll also learn how to make Tarte Flambée and spinach, goat cheese and herb on whole wheat crust.
